to be incurred (1) If a person receives any property or financial benefit as a result of receiving legal assistance, such person shall be liable for the expenses incurred by the relevant committee in providing legal assistance to him.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), when the expenses incurred by the committee are admitted, the amount will be admitted at the rate of ten percent of the total assets or financial benefits received by the committee.
